MY COLLECTION HUB

Your local collection point for online orders

No shop? No problem.

If you run a small local online business and your customers currently have to wait for deliveries or arrange collections with you, My Collection Hub gives you a simple local collection point for your customers.

£48 per month

Billed quarterly at £144

You get your own dedicated, labelled collection box at My Collection Hub.

How it works

It’s really simple:

1. You receive the order
You sell and process your customer’s order as normal.

2. You package and label it
You are responsible for packaging and labelling your customer’s order.

3. Bring it to My Collection Hub
Place the completed order into your dedicated collection box.

4. Tell your customer it’s ready
Send your customer your normal collection notification, including the Hub collection details.

5. Your customer collects
Your customer visits My Collection Hub during collection hours and collects their order from your labelled box.

You do the selling.

We provide the collection point.

SELF-SERVICE COLLECTION

Your customers do not need to speak to My Collection Hub or Burtols when collecting.

Simply arrive during collection hours, locate your business’s clearly labelled collection box, collect your order and leave.

No appointment. No waiting. No counter.

Each member business has its own clearly identified storage box within the My Collection Hub collection area.

Dedicated Hub storage box:
73cm long × 44cm wide × 30cm deep
Approx. 68 litres

Your customers’ individual orders can be smaller than this, of course.

As a starting guide, a Standard Parcel is approximately:

300 × 200 × 70–80mm

Smaller bags, envelopes and boxes are also welcome.

WHAT YOU PROVIDE

You:

• Label it
• Bring it to your Hub box
• Notify your customer
• Keep your customer informed

My Collection Hub provides the physical collection point.

WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS GET

Your customers get a simple local collection option without needing to arrange a collection directly with you.

They can visit during Hub opening hours, find your labelled collection box, collect their order and leave.

FOUNDING MEMBER OFFER

Only 4 collection spaces are available initially.

£48 per month

Your collection box can also be branded with your business name free of charge.

This is deliberately starting small so we can provide a straightforward, reliable service for our founding member businesses.
